The plan for this bed was to give a naturalistic feel of wildlife flowers, without having a dead looking bed over the winter. This was achieved using grasses, evergreens and perennials. The bed will have interest throughout the year. Maintenance will be low, usually in the spring with cutting back the overwintered perennials ready for new growth. To make the project more cost effective for the client, we created a moodboard only.
